SMARTER goals

When developing a business plan, first we reveal the purpose, what we are going to offer, who we are going to offer, and what makes us unique in what we do. Second, we design medium and long-term goals in order to achieve and implement the whole strategy. What often fails, is the way goals are defined and for that reason we should follow the  SMART acronym rule created by Peter Drucker (1955) and G.T.Doran (1991).
